Je ne suis pas sûr de ce que les montres sont en acier. Peut-être 600 acier chirurgical?
Il n'existe aucun traitement thermique ou recuit avant ou après la coupe.

I'm not sure what steel the watches are. Maybe 600 surgical steel? (just a guess)
There is no heat treatment or annealing before or after cutting.
