One thing I was thinking immediately was wax prongs. I think if this thing had various tip widths it would be fun designing waxes with it. If this thing could deliver wax as small as .005" with control it could become very popular in the jewelry industry. The Matt tool was very popular in the days of freeform and nugget look, today precision and dozens of small stones is the norm. The Matt tool delivered large amounts of wax with an awkward control not very precise.
I hope these guys go toward the jewelry industry with this thing. I have to agree that making little trash cans and string sculptures would not serve this tool justice.
