Thank you Sandy, I am looking forward to it, I love the idea.
But to see it we have to fly to Australia (Melbourne) first and from the Netherlands it is a flight of 24 hours.
But that's only half the world for such a great event.

The most basic, everyday ‘What Makes You Smile’ for me is that I live in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Almost without fail, I walk a loop down the arroyos in my area starting just before the sun appears above the ‘Sangresâ€.
The cottonwoods are turning from green to this rich gold colored .
Secondly, what also makes me smile is a person who tells me that I’m an artist; that they love my work and then passes me a check/credit card. And there are those with whom the conversation has just begun. I’ve met very interesting people as customers.
It’s happened enough times to keep me going.

Every once in a while someone will thank me for something. It's not that I did anything special or it was an extraordinary gesture, just that simplest gesture was made means to me that there is still hope humanity and manners and all the things I think have gone to rot maybe aren't all gone yet after all.
-but I'm really bad at "thank you" I'm more of a let's get 'er done kinda guy
Nothing makes me smile! As in there are no models to be made, nothing to engrave, the family all have things to do independently and the chores are all done.
Getting up every day, and realizing Its the first day of the rest of my life
Seeing UPS pull out front with that "new" tool (big smile)
Going to bed every night, knowing I did my best that day
Learning some thing new
Thinking about all the things I still need to learn
and good friends
To be able to give my three grandkids a big hug. That's what is the most important thing in the whole world to me. :big grin:
But, I don't know when that will be. They live 1200 miles away and we aren't going there this year for Christmas. It's been almost a year since we've seen them...
