Wax Seal

I'm doing my own wedding invitations, and we wanted a wax seal for the back of the envelopes. I thought I would give it a go. Suprising how deep I needed to engrave.

For those who have done them before, does it help to engrave with a round graver instead of a 90 or wider V??

I was happy with how it turned out anyway haha Dont look too close......

Looks good! And, Congratulations!

I made this wax stamp a couple weeks ago as an experiment. I used nickels and a lamp finial. As I cut it I'd test it on a piece of clay to see how well it would show. I had to redo it a few times. I still need to do something on the sides of the nickels. The sample stamp is a piece of Thermo-Loc
