Just got this link from a computer newsletter that I receive. It gives you the ability to download youtube and other videos (for personal use only) so you can view them offline at your leisure.

Also, one of my computers won't play mpeg format. Also, that format has huge files. I found that you can load them into Windows Movie Maker and save them in wmv format which cuts the file size from megabytes to kilobytes.
