I finished these pair of Ti wedding rings a few days ago. It is the second time.

It was the second time I bended a 3 mm strip after adding some texture to it. The biggest problem making these is making them the right finger size and welding them nicely on the inside. But as always, the more practise, the better one gets.

This could be another top selling wedding ring model, so I will do some other textures too.

The texture was done starting with a ball bur, cutting some scratches using an onglette, sandblasting and brushing it after that with some brass brush. Then polishing the edges.

Hope you like them.

Arnaud, those are fantastic. I won't be surprised if these are top selling designs. :clapping:

I can see how hitting the right size could be a little touchy.
The rings look quite a success tho.
Is it 6 mm thick? Or did you say wide?

Chujybear, I cant find the 6 mm in my post. Overlapping 3 times 3 mm makes something like 7 - 8 mm wide
Thickness of the strip is 1 mm, so on some part it is something like 3 mm

Hope this help, arnaud

Thanks Sam and Lorry for your input

Yeah ... That's what I figured. Thought a six thick would be super thick.
Just did a rather thick ring, at 3 mm. But ... Yeah. Neverming. Thanks
