Announcement: Tira Mitchell is the bomb!

Just thought I'd sing the praises of Tira Mitchell. My instructor suggested that I order from Tira, at engraver.com, and I'm glad I did. Not only did she fill the order promptly, she sent along a couple of life saver mints and jotted a personal thanks on the receipt. Where do you get service like that these days?

I spent the weekend rubbing mistakes and rough spots out of nickels with my new mini ceramic super stone kit. My new favorite tool. Works great on coins. No, I didn't get anything for plugging Tira, I just like good customer service and wanted to share my experience.

Attached is a picture of the Mt Rushmore coin I altered with the mini super stones. Rubbed the rope off of Jefferson's forehead and most of the little man on the sling and replaced him with a teardrop--cut down to the copper...
