Announcement: three day engraivng workshop in Minniapolis

Hello everyone. The three day workshop in Minneapolis is officially a go. We have all the details worked out and we are ready to sign up students.

The dates are Sept. 7-9. This is a three day holiday weekend so most won't have to take of work to attend. The class will run 9am to 5 pm that Sat, Sun, Mon.

The cost is $600. A $100 deposit reserves your spot. The remainder can be paid at the start of the workshop. Message me to get signed up. I don't want to publicly post my contact info. I get enough spam as it is.

Since this is a three day workshop and not a full week class the basic curriculum will be streamlined a bit. We will cover;Sharpening, Basic cutting techniques, Good cutting habits, Bright cutting, Flare cutting, Scroll cutting, Shading, if time permits script lettering.

As a side note.
The basic class at my studio here in Festus, MO on Aug 5-9 only has one opening left.
The intermediate class at my studio on Aug 12-16 still has a couple spots open.
The basic class in Deland, Fl at the FSGNE studio on Aug 19-23 only has one opening left.
The basic class in Friendship, IN at the NMLRA classroom on Aug 26-30 still has openings.

You also have a mailto: link on your website the email harvesters can capture. There are JAVA script encoders available for free on the Internet to mask them.

I wish I could easily afford the class. When you are at the Casket Arts Building there check out George Sawyer's ( http://georgesawyer.com/ ) spectacular studio and work in the back of the building on the first floor. It's a pretty cool arts neighborhood over there. I'm in downtown.
