Spanish knife (Victorian Etched)

I show a Spanish knife, the brothers R. Nuño.
Engraved with my technique, Florid Victorian style (high relief and bas relief)
In his hands this engraving is very elegant and safe that I must repeat this design on other knives.

Very nice!

I like the mix of effects, where on some elements you etched away the background and on others it's the design that's etched.

I'm completely amazed by the design. Although I'm always impressed by the densely detailed work others post on this forum, the open character of these designs are much closer to what I would like to do. Can you point me in the direction of books or other sources which show more of this kind of design or instruct on how to learn to create it?
