Sam, this work is very fulfilling, especially after colour hardening, however, I'm not a fan of these round actions with wraparound design, far better and easier IMO with an edge to work from.

I'm very pleased with the way the case plate turned out, Richard St.Ledger did a great job of blueing it, pics to follow.

Your wraparound work is the icing on a REALLY decadent cake!
Earlier there was a question concerning the appearance of green gold. Was it the lighting or do you use rolled out casting grain? Or what?
