This is a sterling silver belt buckle I made. I made the blank on my Bonny doon press then assembled the hardware on the back. Once I had it all put together and polished it I did the engraving.
This is a groomsmans gift for the brother of a client, who happens to be a US border patrol officer. The winged skull is their logo.
I did the skull and crosshairs in sculpted high relief. The rest is bright cut. I don't usually do much western bright cut so it took me a while to get used to cutting it. I'm sure it's not "technically correct" to western style but I think it turned out pretty good.
