SIg 1911 22cal.

Here are some photos of a 1911 sig 22 I did some time ago.
The slide is alloy and was just polished and cut and left in the white for some contrast.
The grips where also engraved and filled with black enamel paint.

There are scrolls and there are scrolls, but the one on the grips are very beautiful.
But generally really nice work.

Fred the slide cut like hot butter. Although I feel the scroll and detail suffered a bit, as it was a little hard to control the chisel with the smallest hammer I had, but everyone was pleased with the end result so not complaining.

Is the Sig the same as the GSG 1911 22? I Thought GSG was making them for other Big names .

The whole thing looks nice but the grips are my favorite. I showed my wife now she wants a set for her EMP what is the material and were can you get a blank set.
