I use the scope for lettering and detail work, but my optivisor is always at hand and used quite often. I'm seriously wanting the scope Tira sells; tried it at Scott's engrave-in and loved the depth of field clarity and magnification. (Still working on getting the money if you're looking here Tira! I have three 1911's to do after the new year so the funds may be here soon.) Bottom line, I use both equally.
