Ruidoso is mostly our summer location, the temps beat the 100 plus temps of Abilene. We go at least every 6 weeks or so during the rest of the year. If you haven't been in a few years, you find that it isn't the small sleepy town it used to be.
We plan on being there next month for the Cowboy Symposium, and to get to see the changing of the color of the leaves in the Hondo Valley. They had more rain this summer so the leaves should be spectacular.
