Joanne,

I can well remember when you joined this forum as a beginner and now to see this fine work is very pleasing. There is no doubt four years of dedicated effort went into your current accomplishments. Well done!

Cheers,
Roger

It looks good in these photos but looked superb 'in the flesh' so to speak; very rich and lush engraving. Jo can be rightly proud of her efforts. I was particularly taken by her take on the rosette on the back, sometimes little things can be impressive to me.

As you say Roger, I too remember Jo as a beginner and she has come on leaps and bounds and is creating some veeerrrry nice pieces indeed now.

Jo,

This is superb work! Studying your website, and reading something of your background, I can see that your artistic instincts and creativity, together with an early interest in mechanisms, your wide ranging travels, etc. would all be an excellent background for your current mastery in engraving. I am very impressed!

best wishes!

Rod

Hi folks,

Thank you very, very much for all your kind words.

They mean a great deal to me, as I've been following most of you,
and your work since I started, and I regard you as my peers.

Thanks again,

Jo
