Help, please: restoration of 1816 tower clock

we are winding down on an 8 month restoration of a 200 year old tower clock and need of a master engraver to replicate a clock dial for us. The original was silvered brass with the lines, minute markers and roman numerals etched out and then filled with black died bees wax

The dial face is for the inside setting dial This was used by the clock custodian to set the hand of the outside dials with out having to climb down out of the steeple to see
the position of the hands. It masseurs 4 1/4 inch across
