This is my 2 time engraving scrolls on a ring/removing back round. It went beatter then the first time so thats a + My shading need help but will keep practice. 6 mm ring I will keep @ it.

very nice job! Try bringing the leafs and scrolls to the border and don't removing background between them and the border. Whole different look. Fred
