This is film "Glas" about glass making, by Bert Haanstra (Netherlands)
1959 Oscar for short subject documentary film
Perfect for a one little ten minute vacation

I really like how author oppose the craft work of glassblowers on the machines.

The music complements the film very nice and used more than successful. Beauty, long ago I was not so impressed !

Years ago I got to work in a hot shop doing glass blowing, It was a bit addicting. Unlike blacksmithing where I could hammer and force a piece to take shape, I found glass work was more like asking very nicely and guiding it into shape..
Thanks again I enjoyed watching.
