One of the things I like about Titanium is that you don’t have to collect the particles that you cut. You can use the vacuum cleaner for that.

I used a 90° to cut the outlines and a rounded to lower the negative space. After that I used a small hammering tool in my hand piece to add the texture.

This one is based on a golden casted model a lady ordered as her wedding ring. Not that many details on this one, but the technique I used makes it possible to cut almost everything out of Ti.

What a great design Arnaud, I like this modell very much.
The edge, did you hammer the "bur" on it or did you melt the Ti there?

Willem, for the edge, I did cut first +- 1 mm from the edge, so the border level is what remains, no welding or melting for this.
