Any lettering reference material we can get our hands on is always welcomed. Thanks for the link. It's interesting that they have the original artists name and when it was designed. Cool!

They show an " Old English" font and label it as Gothic. The correct family name for these fonts is Text, Black Letter is an accepted term and often used as well as Old English. Gothic letters are plain, single weight, single stroke simple letters like on a stop sign, like the menu at the top of this page where it says "Hand Engraving Forum". Right Andrew??
