You are right Chris. I have several bars of different sizes. I just reheat the glue and maybe smooth it out with a tooth pick. It is quick to get started. I like use the bars. After finishing one bolster just slide it down and start the other one. I do tape around the blade and the bar to make sure nothing happens and the knife comes off. I may worry too much, but it is a easy thing to do.
