My name is james , i currently use a dremel with a snake attachment to do my engraving. but i want to do into hand engraving with tools hence my arrival here! I have mostly ngraved plates and motorcycle pieces so i am still new and learning ...

Hi James, Are you finding that the rotary tool is somewhat limited? Looks like you got a handle on it though. Warning, engraving is a consuming fire and you can get totally lost in it, but you will love every minute of it if you have the patience to stick it out. Welcome to the group and feel free to ask.
