Does someone know a transfer method where you draw it out by hand and transfer it by burnishing? I'm still too much a moron to use a printer and using Saral on small irregular surfaces is awkward

Hi Dave,

If you look back in your notes... you do have your notes don't you?:)

On the pages that list transfer methods you will see that there are two methods listed that might do what you want...

#8. Using a pencil drawing (done in reverse), apply my transfer lacquer liquid. Let dry, affix the drawing with tape, and burnish.

#17. Trace with pencil over “frosted” (one side) acetate, burnish over transfer lacquer.

Call or PM me if you need more.

Another one on those pages:

9. Using “Chinese Whiteâ€￾, NGravers’ Layout Compound, or flat white spray paint as a base – draw directly on the surface. Or reverse the procedure using flat black paint, and white layout pencil/pen. Scribe or engrave right through and remove with the appropriate solvent.
