It was good talking with you at Reno and we are all very proud of you for being the first to enter a new realm of education for the engraving arts. When I first started, there were practically no engravers willing to share their knowledge with an inspiring artist/engraver. Now the world is opening to anyone willing to devote time to understand the engraving arts and actually delve into such an unforgiving medium. The discipline needed to not only design a pleasing pattern but actually cut it into a piece of metal that will last for centuries is immense, and few people are willing to accept the challenge. Well done Lady, and I would love to see the speech.
