I just came into possession of a ferlach dreiling 16 ga x .22 x 7x57. The engraving is quite fine on it. I have asked around about the value of the gun and have been told that knowing the exact engraver of the gun can increase the value immensely if it was done by a master engraver. I have scoured the gun for a signature of the engraver and all I can find is a small engraved symbol with a circled capitol M right beside it.
If anyone knows the engraver that left this signature I would love to know, or if this is not the engravers signature then any other areas to look for it would be appreciated. Thanks
