The hone is a 1/4 HP 1750RPM 110vac with a Rheostat to slow it down it is direct drive to the laps it now runs true as I made a face mount for it and mounted it directly to the table top from the underside. I had turned a coupler for it and it works great...I keep a small cup of water next to it when using it and the laps are oiled to cut down on the dust as its a nasty thing to breath soon as the weather breaks (snow) I plan on making a vacuum cover for the bad boy....thanks for the kind words...
