Derringer Set of 3

This is a iPhone shot of the first of 3 derringers I'm working on. I'll put up good photos when all 3 are done. The customer asked for snake skin. The college logo will be different for each gun. They are for his two sons and himself.

Nice job. These are fun little canvases to work on. Makes me want to get off my rear and cut the one I've had sitting around for a year. Can't wait to see the rest.

I'm using a GRS HSS sharpened to a 105 degree using the GRS easy graver fixture.

Very nice work A bit out of the ordinary. I cant help but think that it was very time consuming? The shading is done so nicely but it must take more paticents than I have.

Interesting use of scrolls to break up the outlines. Well done and they are complimentary to the "scales."
