The struck berries are formed directly into the edge of the sheet stock - buckle, concho or whatever... using a kick press or punch press with a depth stop.
The "dots" are again formed on a kick press or punch press with a compound die (in the case of the "dots" or domed spots) which also shears them out of the sheet. I'm guessing these are the ones yer after?
Berries can also be purchased as strip or formed wire mill stock - as can half round bead wire.
