Cut with a slightly rounded flat. Then hammered the texture using a handpiece and brushed with a steel rotating brush. Then polished the highlights on the buffer and finally anodized them at 8.50 volt.
All made out of Ti sheet.

Beautiful work as always. You mentioned everything was made from sheet. Would it have been more efficient to turn the rings from round stock on a lathe?

Beautiful set Arnaud, everything that comes out of your hands always is absolutly first class!
The stonesetting, did you rub it in or did you use an airtool to punch it in because of the hardness of Ti?

Thanks all
Cowboy, I don’t know if it would be more efficient to turn the ring on a lathe. The profile height is 1.5mm, perhaps not that obvious to turn on a lathe. Anyway, doing it my way is quite fast.

Willen, I just use a small hammering punch I made that fits the handpiece of the EnSet. I can hammer one hit at a time remember.

Caty, no way to solder Ti, just use a PUK to weld it.

how well does the anodizing hold up over time on the rings? I love the way the color looks on these rings.
