Blue Railroad Train

This is a nickel I submitted for the O.H.N.S. auction that will be held at the F.U.N. convention in Orlando, Florida this January. It's the 100th anniversary of the Buffalo nickel and therefore also the centennial of the Hobo Nickel, so I pulled out all the stops on this one and carved all three sides. The "grassy" lyrics are are a verse from the old bluegrass tune, Blue Railroad Train.

The edge inscription reads;
