Largest hoard of Anglo-Saxon treasure found in UK

The seventh-century hoard found by 55-year-old Terry Herbert in western England, consists of about 1500 pieces of gold and silver, mostly weapons and other military artifacts, some inlaid with precious stones.

Is that anywhere near Phil Coggan? I think we found his source for gold... J/K. These are amazing pieces, its good to see work like this lasting that long in a hole in the ground, makes me think that sometime hundreds of years from now maybe someone will see some of the amazing work being done today.
