Stephen stopped by today on his way to Emporia for an engraving class. This was the first time I have ever seen a hobo nickel i the flesh. I was very impressed! they are SO COOL! Stephen is a great guy and does some really cool carving. I just had to get one from him.
Just wanted to let you all know what a cool friendly guy Stephen is and had a great time meeting and seeing his work. Stephen I await your future posts and thanks for stopping by.

I too have spent time with Steve. He is a fantastic artist and a great guy. His coin carving just seems to get better. I'm fortunate in being an owner of some of his fine works.
