A couple of Army Issue Clasp Knives.

2004 model. Very shiney. Gravers prone to slippage. Very hard to cut.

1995 model. Matte finish. Hard but much nicer to cut.


Have attached an outline. Maybe some would like to have a go a sketching some scrolls.

NICE LOOKER, NEO. i engraved a buck "yachtsman" i think it as called. anyway it had a marlinspike on it like yours. a custom knifemaker had put brass scales on it. btw where did yiou get this knife ? looks like an interesting knife. did you make the scales, or are the the original ones ??

That's how they are issued. The other side has the NSN, manufacturers name and date. Enough space for some initial but that's about it.
