Question: Who can stretch a Ti ring, preferably in the Cincinnati Ohio area

I recently had an order from de US to make a pair of Ti wedding bands.
I shipped them and the customers like them very much.
The finger size of the male’s ring is perfect, but the lady’s ring is too small.

So I’m looking for someone who can stretch the ring, preferably in the Cincinnati Ohio area as that is where Laurie and Joe live

It should not be a problem stretching the ring, and in case it would break, I can fix it.
