and purchased a used GraverMax on Ebay today. It came from a retired jewlery makers shop, or so I am told. It came with the GraverMax, two handtools, and a rotary tool (a GRS 850 I think it was) and a pressure regulator w/filter. The seller said he didn't know if it ran but observed family members unhook it from the compressor and they said all was in working order. I bid on it even though there was not evidence it would work. I am learning on a set-up just like it tools and all. I will let you know if it turns out to be a bust. I called GRS and they told me that they could help get it going again if it did not run properly. Wish me luck.....:clapping:

Gun Nut,

The folks at GRS are top notch. Rest assured they will get you going.

I took a used machine to them and they really set me up with it.

Great Folks!

I also use a gravermax and it is a better machine than I am an engraver. There are many newer machines out there, but if you get as good as the gravermax then you will be a master engraver. Good luck.
