Question: Ti Buckles

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a customer who has skin reaction to most metals. Would like to try Ti buckle. As I understand it soldering the belt back assembles will require welding with lazier. don't have nor do any of the jewelry stores here. Can someone steer me in the right direction for a ti western style belt buckle blank with the hardware already attached? Thanks Fred

Fred, I would use the PUK3 welder devise to ad the buckle hardware. But I'm interested as well if these buckles are available ready for use. But I don't think so.
