Last Thursday, it was class time with Jeroen. We worked as a team on these Ti rings and finished them before closing time.

Very nice design, all of them.
I supose the outside surface is sandblasted, the edges are high polished and the inside is done with sand paper.
I'm asking this because I am wondering why you have sanded the inside and not polished it, is that because there always stays a structure on the inside?
I find it very hard to get a high gloss on the inside.

Willem, for the inside I only used sandpaper, no need to polish that surface. Jeroen made some highly polished Ti jewellery so it wouldn't be a problem polishing if needed.

by the look of the edges I would guess you used a round punch, am I right? mounted on the en-set?

Simone, no, it is hammered the traditional way and the edges are welded using a PUK3
