Hi, this ring is silver and was formed and then engraved.

For me, some more practice engraving round things, this one is about the same size as a penny. It was drawn directly on the metal. I used a thin coating of Chinese white with a light coating of matt fixative, the fixative made the white more durable and the drawing was done with a .01 Micron pen, and engraved lightly thru that and then cleaned an redone to depth.

Any comments would be appreciated, good or bad I can use them all.

Scott, This is a nice ring. You asked for constructive comments. When you decide on a "color" for a pedal, shading line density if you will, it should be consistent for that flower or leaf. It is okay to use different line density for the back of the leaf. This will show a different "color" on the back. You can use different line density on different flowers to create different colors. Overall I think this is a nice job. and you should be proud of your efforts. Fred
