Sam,

I purchased your monogram system through the purple player interface but I think I may be missing how to get the files for it. I have the videos but I'm not seeing a link or anything for the actual lettering.

Please let me know how I go about getting those files.

I think I may have figured it out. Of course I already submitted this. Arrg

You must open the files with graphics software to utilize them. I don't know exactly where they were installed on your computer but they should be easy to locate.

Yep, found them. The sneaky things download into your documents file.

On the DVD jacket is says youtube.com/theengraverscafe

When you do the online download to the desktop app the lettering files download to your default download file. There isn't a notification as they download but I found a help page with the info on the purple player website.

i had the disk some time ago. no clue as to where it's hiding. the computer it once lived in is now in a landfill somewhere. oh well, that's my fault. i think i have gotten over the loss.
