Critique Request Practice Plate #7

Well today I tried some English. I know it's not completed, but I can't figure out how to get that scoop behind the big line. I tried it on other practice plates, but with no success. Overall, I can tell that I'm starting to feel some control over what I'm doing. What do you guys think? -Jesse :thinking:

I'll wait to see what Marcus Hunt says, as he is the Master at English Small Scroll. But, the first thing I see is that your working way too large! English Small Scroll is just that, SMALL. The main backbones are probably no larger than 5/16 inch in diameter. When they are small it is easier to cut the deep and wide "comma" shaped cuts. Check in the Tutorials Section to see if there are any details on English Scrolls.
