The Ohio Gun Collectors is the largest private gun collector association in the U.S.A. (16,000+ members) The July Show was a huge success and they weren't the least bit bashful about saying so.
Kudos to Joe Rundell for putting it together.

F.E.G.A. and our "Engraving Community in general" was well represented. Ohio Gun Collectors was very pleased with our displays. July is one of the least attended shows of the year, but our presence drew a record crowd.

I had a nice long telephone call from Joe this week,

and we covered a number of topics including the success of the show, and how welcome you engravers were at the event, so well done.

I am hoping to get some photos from Joe updating his other project of bronze statues relating the the motor industry. He is happy for me to post a short, illustrated update, so stay tuned.

I saw in new members list at least 3 who listed engraving as their jobs.
