More practice - let's just say that there hasn't been much jewelry work lately! I started with Edwardian Script letters, about 400pt size and used my Hermes pantograph to reduce. For the leaf letter I experimented by taking out the diamond scribe and put in a fine-tip gel pen. The ball moved easier over the metal and left a much lighter line. I haven't done much cross-hatching before. In the photo it looks a little coarse. The copper plates are about 2" tall. Thanks for lookin'!
