laser printer question

Hi anyone know what am i doing wrong I just purchase brother laser printer use sam's teqni. but not able to trasfer the lettering metal was gunk clean i tryed to burinsh it while it's wet no avail does it has to be laser paper otherwise i hve to retun the printer thank you for ur time .Aramis GUlbeyan Sr

Stop your copy before it goes thru the burner.(shut the machine off) Remove the copy from the machine like you would a paper jamb. Your print will still be in powder form on the surface of your transfer medium and will transfer easy with hardly any burnishing.
