ID this engraver?

I have many more pic i can send, not very familiar with this forum yet. They were made for exhibition shooter. I have paperwork from a 1968 sale, transfers and colt info. Lmk if anyone can give me clues of engraver and their value?

I have recently been contacted about these and couldn't help. To me, these appear to be acid etched and not engraved.
Hopefully, they will post some better pictures and someone may be able to help them in their quest.
