I am ex military but not a jar head(sorry marines, but I had to say it)

I cannot take credit for the ideas as I learned them from this great community, all you have to read, search and you will find it here, all I'm doing is putting words into videos, I'm a educator now and (not an English teacher as you can tell in my spelling) but I've learned some people are visual learners, so I'm just trying to help them out with what I've learned.
