I'm still waiting for someone to get ambitious and take a scan of Meek's standard script and turn it into a font - complete with arrows if it doesn't mess up the letter spacing.

I've got a scan of it, just haven't had the time to mess with it.

I personally feel the easiest way is to draw on paper at a scale that's easy to draw. Then scan and size the image for transfer. Makes layout a piece of cake!
