Engraving Pattern Names

Can we start a list of the names or designations of patterns of engraving offered by the arms makers in the past? If Colt for example, called one of theirs #3A, or Hunter shotguns called a pattern "The Jacksnipe Special", I could use this name in a search engine to look for examples of the pattern on the internet.
