Engravers borders complete

Engravers borders plate completed the weekend. A lot of hours but happy enough. They were drawn out by hand as mentioned and made them up as I went along. May have been a better idea to draw them on the PC, print them and transfer them for more uniformity.
A great learning curve though. Material is 1mm brass, finished plate measures 3" x 3.25"

yes, drawing them on a computer would have more mechanical consistency- these definitely have charm! Great job!

Looks real good. Next work at rolling your tool or using flats, highly polished, to bright cut some of your borders. Fred
