Coin

A coin I engraved for my son who's in the Air Force and was promoted to Tech. Sgt.
It's 1 1/2' dia, polished steel with a Tech Sgt stripe over engraved with "Sparky", the mascot of the Aircraft Machinist/Welder field.
The obverse is his favorite college team with the longhorn inlayed in copper. The coin edges is also engraved with a running leaf pattern.

Thanks and he did like it.
Evidently being given a coin is a form of recognition in the military. He's given me several that he had received from his commander , etc.
