A few weeks ago I posted the drawing of a knife I wanted to transform. The knife is a Benchmade Rift 950. Steel blade is 154CM. I’ve replaced the original G10 handle, by Grade 2 titanium for light weight, total weight of the knife 180 grams.
The relief engraving is realized with hammer and chisels.
Francis

Beautiful job. It's always nice to see the actual engraving tools that were used for the job in the picture.

OUTSTANDING work Francis! I love grotesque design and yours is absolutely beautiful.

Perhaps that is the nicest Benchmade in existence! WELL done!

Francis,

This is a beautiful piece of work:tiphat:

Did you sign your name or mark somewhere? I can't see it in the pictures.

Thanks,
ROger

very nice! i would suggest you should be working on better grade custom knives to maximize the value of your time investment. it can be tough to get the best price for your work if the quality of the knife isn't on a par with the engraving.
